Natashah Khan

This is Natashah Khan, a survivor, a mother, and a passionate advocate for finding the truth in oneself, and letting the truth heal you. She grew up in Trinidad and Tobago, in an environment where feelings were repressed and expression was taboo. It led her to turn to mood-altering addictive substances, unhealthy coping mechanisms, and a lot of mental breakdowns.

Now she’s a strong advocate for healing and understanding yourself. She’s found through her own experiences that unless we face the truth in our past, we can’t let ourselves live—truly live, for the future.
